About the Role

We are seeking a TikTok Shop Manager to oversee and grow our TikTok Shop presence for our brand and clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of e-commerce, social media trends, and TikTok’s algorithm. This role requires expertise in managing product listings, optimizing campaigns, and driving conversions on TikTok Shop. If you are passionate about social commerce and have a proven track record in scaling online sales through TikTok, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize product listings on TikTok Shop, ensuring accuracy and high-quality presentation.

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, engagement, and brand awareness on TikTok.

  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and ad spending.

  • Coordinate with influencers, content creators, and marketing teams to drive sales through live streams and short-form content.

  • Stay up to date with TikTok trends, features, and algorithm changes to adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Oversee ad campaigns and promotions to maximize ROI and revenue.

  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and disputes to maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align TikTok Shop strategies with broader e-commerce goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing TikTok Shop is a must.

  • Strong knowledge of TikTok’s algorithm, trends, and best practices for e-commerce.

  • Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or social media management.

  • Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on insights.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with influencers and marketing teams.

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

  • Equipped with a reliable PC/laptop (minimum specifications: i5 processor, 8GB RAM)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly rate will be determined based on experience.

  • Biweekly pay through Wise.
